This is a site for my children who I lost because of the incompetence of the Florida Family Court System and a vindictive,dishonest Mother.

A incompetent general master" Albert Moore" imputed a income to me of over 80 per cent of my income. He ignored my income tax returns, 1099's, and the fact that I was unemployed at the time and used 3 year old checking account statements from a joint checking account of my spouse and I. My spouse testyfied that she deposited over half the money from those deposits and even submitted canceled checks that proved it. Then I was blackmailed and extorted by the Mother and her Attorney to give up my parental rights or I would pay child support of more than what I earned which is impossible. Your Mother and her attorney would have done anything they could to ruine me and have me put in jail and lose everything. Even though the Blackmail/Extortion letter is addressed to a attorney he was not a paid attorney. I never had a attorney represent me in court because I had lost my regular job at that time and could not afford one. Your Mother is lieing when she says it was my idea to give you up for adoption and even paid for it. I was BLACKMAILED and EXTORTED!!!!!!!!!!

Your Mother will not let me call or see you.

I can't send you presents or anything because she refuses to let me.

She has a restraining order against me for comeing to see you that day at school and having lunch with you. Remember I told you I was trying to get you guys back.

I miss you guys very very much and never wanted to give you up.

I filed a written submission to the court the day of the adoption hearing stating I was being blackmailed and extorted to give up my parental rights.

This written submission has so far been ignored by the courts even though I have by law a three day revocation period and presented this to Judge Levin when I tried to have the adoption overturned. If the adoption was my idea why would I do this, and why would your Mother be against me getting my Parental Rights back.

Why is the Blackmail and Extortion being ignored?

The Family Court System has failed us.

I want you guys to know it is not normal for a mother to keep children from a Father who loves his children and wants to see them. This is looked upon with disgust in society.

I am glad your Mother lets Mamaw and GrandDad see you.

Hopefully Dad can see you one day soon.
